Microsoft Office 2019 Troubleshooting Mac OS X
Note The Library folder is hidden in Mac OS X Lion. On the Go menu, click Home. Quit all Microsoft Office for Mac applications.
I have several users not able to view recent files. If you cannot locate the file, Excel is using the default preferences.I have a weird issue with office 2019 for mac. Drag com.microsoft.Excel.plist to the desktop.
